H.Y.Times is a company. Founded in 2008, H.Y.Times is engaged in high performance heat-spreading materials for semiconductors and R&D, production and sales of the molybdenum disc and metal matrix composite materials.  These products are widely used in the power semiconductors, LED and medical instruments etc.  H.Y.Times is growing to be one of the three semiconductor molybdenum disc manufacturer worldwide.

H.Y.Times now have 106 employees including 3 Doctors, 4 Masters. Most of the employees have over 20 years experience in this field. We cooperate with Jiangnan University, state key laboratory of metal matrix composite material in Shanghai Jiaotong University, expert team from Jiangsu science and Technology University. We together build the research and production base.

Now the total production area covers 47,000m2 and the workshop area occupies 20,000 m2,  R &D building area is 7,000 m2. We own State of art production equipments and instruments.
H.Y.Times own three national invention patents and is affirmed by Wuxi city Project & Technology Center.
